Pets are allowed on a case by case basis with a fee. Please include the pet in the booking. No loud music or parties are allowed on the premises. Excessive noise will not be tolerated, and guests will be subject to eviction and a fine of $400 Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. Please be respectful of downstairs neighbors Please note that if we receive noise complaints from neighbors, you will be asked to leave the property without a refund. Smoking of any kind, including vaping is strictly prohibited. A smoking fee of $500 will be enforced if any proof is found.

Guest have access to all spaces except the basement where two tenants live. There is no space shared and everything is separated. You will use the main entrance and the tenants in the basement have a separate entrance into the basement. You will have two parking space on the driveway right outside of the garage and in front of the house. There are two floors. The main floor has the living room, kitchen and the bunk bed. The second floor has the other three bedrooms.

Ezra was great to work with. The house was beautiful and clean. It was exactly what my family and I needed after coming back from the mountains. Relaxing, calm & very spacious. It had everything we needed. We will definitely stay again.

The house worked perfect for our family wedding. The venue was literally just up the road. And the little (and big ones) had a blast in the game room. We have to reserve again as we have to break the tie with another game of foosball!
