Three separate state parks were created to preserve all the beauty and adventure that is as delightful in the summer sun as it is in the winter snow.

Other Details to Note

There is a studio apartment in the townhouse that has a separate entrance. No space is shared. Parking can be either in the garage or there is parking available on the right side of the townhouses.

Pets are allowed on a case by case basis with a fee. Please include the pet in the booking. Pets would not be allowed on the top floor where the bedrooms are and would need to be kept on the main floor. Gate can be installed to avoid pets going upstairs. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises. This includes all indoor areas such as bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, and common areas. Guests found smoking indoors or violating the smoking policy will be subject to additional cleaning fees and potential removal from the property without refund. Quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM. During this time, please be considerate of neighbors and refrain from loud noises, music, or disruptive activities. It is the responsibility of all guests to ensure that they and their companions adhere to the quiet hours policy. Please be mindful of noise levels when entering or leaving the property, especially during late hours. You can access to Townhouse through the garage or the front door which both have a keypad and camera. When going through the front door, do not enter the left door since that is a personal residence unit. You will use the door straight ahead with video keypad. The code will be provided to you before checkin.

Ezra's place is close to everything in Heber, restaurants, grocery, shopping. It's a quiet neighborhood with beautiful views. We had a great Christmas holiday with family. The living area was great for meals, cooking, visiting, and games. We would stay here again. Thanks Ezra!
